Very simple place, clean, nice price, the best spot inside the walls of Quebec (from the hotel you can go anywhere walking). Antique style with working wi-fi and brand new airco. You can park your car very easily underground the city hall just across the street.
You'll have to climb a staircase with your luggage :)

The hotel is gorgeous; the room was a perfect size, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature the best I've ever experienced. The style of the furniture exactly complements the house, and adds to its old-world charm, as do the door knockers and the dormer windows overlooking the street. The place was quiet and the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. And the location was ideal - within walking distance to both Old Quebec and the more modern conference center areas, not to mention many pubs and restaurants.
For those who have trouble with stairs, this hotel requires a climb up ~8-10 steep steps to reach even the main floor.

Do recommend for a city trip
Charming room, cozy bed, the comfortable bedding made our stay good, while the convenient location allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions and enjoy a quick walk to find breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

The location is perfect. Next to city hall and only a few minutes walk to quite a few areas and locations to visit.
For the price you did not get much. No parking or free breakfast.

Spectacular and fairly clean place, everything was great. The room with 2 beds. The location was unbeatable and stunning, within easy walking distance of Parliament Building. The restaurant was good, and the stuff pleasant and attentive. They had an easy check-in.

Close to everything in old Quebec. Quiet and really.clean and neat. had no trouble with parking close to get luggage into the building. The garage just a few hundred feet away is safe and secure.
Stayed on 3rd Floor, did not realize this when booked so it was rather difficult with my bad leg crawling up and down three flights of stairs. So when anyone books they should if they are older or have trouble climbing stairs. make sure you are on one of the lower floors. Its a bit of an uphill walk from the parking garage.

Warm welcome that included a 20% off discount at Pain Beni (excellent restaurant nearby) for breakfast, a map in hand and clear explanation of keys and protocol after hours. Location, Location, Location.New toilette and renovated bath in room 22.
Smell of the room was a little unusual/musty but common for such an old building. We could open the windows to air out the room. I wish there was body lotion and hair conditioner available.

perfect spot for exploring historical landmarks and parks
I spent one night in a cute and intimate room where I could easily walk to the fine Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in less than 10 minutes and enjoy a leisurely stroll through the beautiful Battlefields Park nearby. The hotel has a friendly and helpful staff that really enhances the stay for a solo traveler like me, but it's worth noting that sound insulation could be better.

The location was excellent.
No in-room coffee; difficult getting luggage up 3 flights of stairs (not very accessibility-friendly for older people or those with handicaps)

Location was excellent. WIFI excellent. Coupons for breakfast very nice. Staff was most helpful. We would stay there again.
$85.00 a night during off season a bit high.
